In the event that Marcus Realty removes the allegedly infringing materials, Marcus Realty will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that Marcus Realty has removed or disabled access to the materials. Marcus Realty may also provide the person responsible with your email address so that they may respond to your allegations.

3. You hereby state, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location.
5. An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that was removed.

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit.
