Aloha and Hafa Adai!
Born and raised on the island of Guam, Jacqueline brings a familiar yet unique perspective to
the island real estate industry. As a licensed real estate salesperson in Guam and Hawaii, she
understands island life as well as the process of finding a new home.
Jacqueline earned her bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of
Washington. She worked the past 5 years as a licensed landscape architect in Seattle, and has
project experience with schools, transportation, parks, and high-end residential homes. Through
her construction experience, she understands working within budgets, accomplishing
deliverables with tight timelines, and effectively communicating with all involved parties to see a
project/transaction through completion. Her design and construction experience also allows her
to solve problems and develop creative solutions for her clients. As noted by her past
architectural firms, Jacqueline’s open-mindedness, commitment to meeting industry standards,
and easygoing personality make her a great team player who is enjoyable to work with.
During her free time, she is either exploring neighborhoods and admiring old architectural
details on homes or hanging out at the beach and cleaning up trash in and out of the water. She
also loves learning about the local flora and can often be found at nurseries around the island.
